Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Day Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our event operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, including Athletics Game Day events and other departmental activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of event logistics, including set-up, take-down, and maintenance of event infrastructure.
  • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination among teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of event-related data, including attendance, sales, and inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve event objectives and promote a positive experience for all participants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., event management, hospitality, marketing).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and software, including point-of-sale systems and event management platforms.

  • $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
