Job Summary:
Qualicare Homecare is seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and ensure that all patients receive the highest level of care.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and ensure that all medications are properly documented.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all patients receive comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy living and disease prevention.
Qualifications:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location:
Hawkesbury/Alexandria/Cornwall
