Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse to join our team at Qualicare Homecare in Ottawa. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and ensure that all client needs are identified and addressed.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and prepare, administer, and document medications as required.
  • Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures competently in accordance with the provincial scope of practice.
  • Follow principles of infection control and Universal Precautions.
Qualifications:
  • Current certificate of competence and good standing.
  • Certified in CPR.
  • Strong clinical skills.
  • Negative TB test or chest x-ray.
  • Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
