Overview
As a Restaurant Manager at Subway, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews of team members.
- Organize and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Perform repetitive tasks.
- Exercise attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Experience
- Requires 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
