Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $45,000 per year, based on the national average for similar roles in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for development.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in restaurant operations or food service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on process improvement and cost control.
