About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Beletskaya Profit Plus Ltd. as a key member of our support services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • Staff Support and Consultation: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, providing a safe and supportive environment for all employees.
  • HR Department Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Information Flow Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Mail and Materials Distribution: Open and distribute mail and other materials, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Meeting and Event Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, providing a clear and concise summary of discussions and decisions.
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
  • Employee Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, providing insights and recommendations to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Report Preparation: Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring that they are accurate and timely.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, providing a high level of customer service and support.
  • Information Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Digital Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.Support for Diverse Groups
    • Physical Accessibility: Provide physical accessibility accommodations, ensuring that all employees have equal access to facilities and services.
    • Newcomer and Refugee Support: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, promoting diversity and inclusion.
    • Youth Employment Support: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, promoting education and career development.
    • Veteran Support: Participate in government or community programs that support veterans, promoting their transition to civilian life.
    • Indigenous Support: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, promoting cultural awareness and understanding.
    • Mature Worker Support: Participate in government or community programs that support mature workers, promoting their continued contribution to the workforce.
