Job Description

The Financial Planning and Reporting Specialist is responsible for preparing and coordinating planning, reporting, cost control and client interface.

  • Support preparation & coordination of financial plans, reports, cost controls & client interactions
  • Ensure diligence for work initiation & authorization, implementation & control, inspection & documentation of completed work, & payment
  • Ensure data integrity through managing data quality reviews & implementing data management processes
  • Support internal & external audit requirements
  • Collect revenues, maintain records of revenues for each portfolio & comply with the FAA & associated federal Receipt & Deposit of Public Money Regulations
  • Provide support to the Portfolio Financial/Reporting Manager as required
  • Prepare & analyze various financial reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University graduation or professional certification in accounting and computer systems
  • 3-5 years' experience in a financial accounting position
  • Strong customer relation skills
  • Ability to lead and be a team player
  • Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

You will require at least one of CPA (CA, CMA or CGA).

Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $115,000 per year
