Role Overview

The Medical Equipment Specialist - Client Services role at Medigas is a customer-focused position that involves delivering and setting up home medical equipment in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

This opportunity allows you to develop your skills and contribute to the success of a leading industrial gas and engineering company.

Responsibilities
  • Equipment Delivery and Setup: Ensure timely and efficient delivery and setup of home medical equipment, providing excellent customer service and support as needed.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure safe operation and efficient use of resources.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Complete required paperwork and perform routine assessments of equipment to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Product Education and Support: Provide product education and troubleshooting services to customers, ensuring they receive the necessary support for their medical equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain good housekeeping practices and manage inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and 12 months of relevant driving experience.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1-year experience working in a customer service environment.
Skills and Abilities
  • Safety-Oriented: Strong safety orientation with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and smartphone technology.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus, patience, and teamwork.
Physical and Sensory Demands
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 75 pounds.

Job Details
