Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Medical Equipment Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and professional delivery and pickup of home medical and oxygen equipment to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and set up home medical and oxygen equipment within an assigned route in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading of equipment, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Complete routine assessments of equipment and identify potential repairs at customer sites.
  • Provide excellent customer service, educating clients on product usage and addressing any concerns.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license for the respective vehicle type, with a clean driving record.
  • 1 year of relevant driving experience, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
