**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ticket Checker at Fernie Alpine Resort. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate ticket scanners and passes at the bottom of lift terminals, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Escort guests to Guest Services as required, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Assist with lift operations and terrain park activities as needed, working collaboratively with other team members.
  • Communicate and deliver snow and trail condition reports throughout the resort, keeping guests informed and up-to-date.
  • Adhere to company policies, rules, and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook.
  • Follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program.
  • Comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Love for the outdoors and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
