Resorts of the Canadian Rockies is seeking a skilled and friendly Ticket Checker to join our team at Fernie Alpine Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
  • Greet and assist every guest, responding to their inquiries and needs.
  • Efficiently scan tickets and passes at lift terminals, ensuring seamless access to the resort.
  • Escort customers to Guest Services as needed, providing support and guidance.
  • Assist with lift operations and terrain park maintenance, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Deliver accurate and timely snow and trail condition reports, keeping guests informed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and resort policies, maintaining a secure environment.
  • Perform additional duties as required, contributing to the resort's overall success.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for the outdoors and a love for skiing or snowboarding.
