**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ticket Checker at Fernie Alpine Resort. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate ticket scanners and passes at the bottom of lift terminals, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Escort guests to Guest Services as required, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Assist with lift operations and terrain park activities as needed, working collaboratively with other team members.
- Communicate and deliver snow and trail condition reports throughout the resort, keeping guests informed and up-to-date.
- Adhere to company policies, rules, and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook.
- Follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program.
- Comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs.
**Requirements:**
- Outgoing, mature, and friendly personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Love for the outdoors and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
