We are looking to fill the position of Ticket Checker at FernieAlpine Resort . Our guests are eager for you to greet them as they excitedlyget ready to get hit the slopes for the day. The ideal candidate will havestrong customer service skills, a positive attitude, be physically fit andenjoy working in an outdoor mountain environment. You Will:

Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere forboth guests and staff Meet and greet every guest Scan tickets and passes at the bottom of liftterminals Escort customers to Guest Services as required Assist with lift operations and/or terrain parkas needed Training provided with scanners  Training provided on fraud scenarios  Communicate and deliver snow and trail conditionreports throughout resort Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
