Job Summary:

The Marine Surveyor will be responsible for conducting inspections and evaluations of vessels to ensure compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maritime inspection and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections and evaluations of vessels to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Prepare draft investigative reports of findings
  • Inspect and evaluate material and equipment for compliance to standards
  • Write technical reports
  • Sample products, perform tests and record data
  • Receive, analyze and verify copy for accuracy
  • Inspect vessels to identify defects
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willing to travel
Work Environment:

The Marine Surveyor will work outdoors and be required to travel to various locations. The successful candidate will be willing to relocate and have a valid driver's licence.
