Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Brar Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and shipping schedules
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and machinery
  • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to warehouse staff
  • Co-ordinate the receipt, storage, and shipping of products
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
