Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Skjodt-Barrett Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Manager and Warehouse Coordinator to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating warehouse staff.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and control systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
