Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Special People Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolve any technical issues that arise.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to achieve warehouse goals.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory control and material management.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows, as well as experience with inventory control software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
