Project Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at DV Kitchens & Baths. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our project managers and teams, including preparing reports, managing documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including tracking milestones, deadlines, and issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Construction company.
