Job Title: Project Administration Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at DV Kitchens & Baths. As a key member of our project coordination team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations and monitoring and evaluating performance.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • Excellent computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
