Job Title: Junior Territory Manager, Orthopaedics

CONMED Corporation is a leading global medical device company seeking an ambitious Junior Territory Manager to represent our expansive product offering of surgical Orthopaedic implants and instrumentation, 4K Video, trauma, and MTF biologics.

This role will involve developing new accounts and expanding usage of company products within current accounts to meet quotas based on company goals. You will work closely with physicians and hospital staff to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction with our quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service products by scheduling calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies by determining the relevant factors of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company's products.
  • Determine the needs of specific customers by meeting with and asking in-depth questions of physicians and other hospital personnel.
  • Respond to customer needs and concerns regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions.
  • Develop relationships with key clinical personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital or private clinics.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
Qualifications:
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • A strong comfort level in a clinical setting.
  • Competitive and focused on achieving goals.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal team members, customers, and clinical Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Education:
  • University Degree (BSc/BA in business or health-related discipline preferred).
  • MBA is an asset.
Work Experience:
  • Medical device sales experience preferred.
