Customer Service Manager

At Save Big on Used Tires Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading sales floor activities, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Floor Leadership: Lead and motivate sales floor staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Development: Develop and implement training programs, coaching, and mentoring to enhance staff skills and performance.
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
