Insurance and Estate Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants to act as the insurance expert on their team for HNW clients.
- Identify insurance opportunities with consultants and develop proposals to present to clients.
- Collaborate with Region Management to identify strategies for growing insurance sales and consultant growth opportunities.
- Manage key relationships with Insurance Partners' Advanced Sales departments.
- Work with Head Office on insurance and estate planning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Expert knowledge of insurance and estate planning principles, financial services, and tax laws.
- Ability to run a successful practice virtually and travel throughout your area.
- Strong customer service attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment in both French and English.
- Well-developed negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Holds applicable provincial licenses.
