**Position Overview**:
The Data Processor supports the needs of our brokers by entering new business, policy changes, and re-writes into the insurance company portals. Attention to detail and accuracy are imperative.

The Data Management Supervisor is required to supervise staff in the processing and billing departments to confirm they are up to date on their tasks and responsibilities. Address any questions or concerns that they may have. Assist with any training that they may require to perform their jobs.

Previous insurance experience is an asset.

**Data Processor**
- Process new business, policy changes, rewrites, and cancellations in the company portals and ensure data input is complete and accurate.
- Ensure changes are compliant with all company policies and underwriting rules.
- Work with the company underwriters if issues arise during the processing of changes, new business, rewrites and cancellations.

**Billing/Data Entry Supervisor**
- Bill all personal lines policies. (Changes, new business, renewals, cancellations, and rewrites)
- Confirm all changes made by the company underwriters are completed correctly by checking the policy documents.
- Pull all required reports in our broker management system for yourself and staff members.
- Check and confirm that staff are up to date on their daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
- Assist staff with their workload and provide additional training if necessary.
- Maintain open communication with staff and conduct processing/billing department meetings.
- Broker management system updates and fixes. Confirm SIG XP is fully operational and working without issues.
- Set up new workflows or procedures within our broker management system.
- Open tickets with our broker management system help desk and follow up until the matter is resolved.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
