About the Role

The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in M&A and/or general investment banking expertise in both public and private markets in North America, with a strong interest in joining a successful entrepreneurial firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for originating and fostering new relationships with potential clients from their personal network and our existing referral network, while leading deal teams by providing transaction guidance and mentorship to junior professionals.

This role requires strong writing, oral presentation, and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to enhance our culture of excellence in execution and deepen our network of contacts. We offer competitive compensation, equity ownership, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and foster new relationships with potential clients from their personal network and our existing referral network.
  • Lead deal teams by providing transaction guidance and managing the workflow of junior professionals.
  • Mentorship of junior professionals.
