Social Media Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Social Media Operations Specialist. This position is integral to our core Level 3 Operations team, focusing on the support of advanced social media applications within the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Social Media cloud services that facilitate communication between Financial Advisors and clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Act as a liaison with vendors, handling troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance, and incident management.
- Resolve issues directly and communicate complex challenges effectively to management, vendors, business units, and internal engineering teams.
- Engage with new social media software and tools as they are integrated into the organization.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Windows desktop support and browser support (IE & Chrome).
- Experience in troubleshooting services for outage management and root cause analysis.
- Experience in supporting social networking platforms in an enterprise context, including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work with clients to resolve tickets and issues efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
- Perform on-call support as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Note: Third-party candidates are not permitted.
