Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor - Team Leader to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, sales growth, and employee engagement.
- Provide input on talent management decisions, including hiring, promotions, and terminations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address root causes of customer issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
