About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join our team at Tapestry. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales floor team to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Wrap:
    • Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Stockroom / Warehouse:
    • Receive and process shipments and transfers
    • Notify management of new product arrivals
    • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient stockroom
    • Support the sales floor team with product replenishment and visual merchandising
  • Sales Floor:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support
    • Replenish sales floor stock and maintain visual merchandising standards
    • Support sales floor activities and events
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Operations:
    • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures
    • Support the sales floor team with daily operations and tasks
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a retail environment
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Technical: Basic computer skills and knowledge of cash register systems
  • Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around the store
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
