Retail Store Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at Jishnu Vishnu Corporation. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the ordering and inventory management of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are available to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring that adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff, helping to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth and development.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and senior management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
