We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative assistance to our Chairman and President. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our executive operations through meticulous execution of various administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in board meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and minutes are maintained to capture essential discussions and decisions.
- Oversee project management, including coordination and monitoring of initiatives led by branch managers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to support and lead both internal and external projects.
- Handle all administrative tasks to alleviate the workload of the Chairman and President.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive review and presentation.
- Provide information on directives, activities, and by-laws, offering explanations as necessary.
- Manage the scheduling of meetings for the Chairman and President, prioritizing and preparing all relevant documents.
- Screen and direct telephone calls and emails efficiently.
- Perform research and provide requested information or refer inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures for executives and boards.
- Analyze incoming and outgoing communications and prepare summaries for executives and committees.
- Prepare agendas and organize logistics for committee and board meetings.
- Engage with individuals and groups on behalf of executives to discuss issues and recommend actions.
- Consult with corporate officials and external organizations on behalf of executives.
Qualifications for Success:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of one year of direct experience as an Executive Assistant within the electrical sector.
- Proficiency in Rubicon, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Demonstrated judgment, tact, and diplomacy in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equality.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A Master's degree is considered an asset.

Salary Range: $64,000 to $70,000.
