Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Desh Punjab Sweets & Restaurant Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in office administration and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the restaurant team, including scheduling appointments, managing information filing systems, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data and statistics to inform business decisions and track key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, proficiency in Google Docs and MS Word.
