Job Summary:

RPIA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Wholesale Distribution to lead our sales and distribution efforts in the wholesale market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the wholesale market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, distributors, and other industry partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and distribution, with a focus on the wholesale market
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue in a sales and distribution role
  • Strong understanding of the wholesale market and its trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing
