Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in French and English (oral and written)
  • Professional customer service skills and a talent for listening, establishing rapport, and finding the right solution
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of services with above-average typing skills, internet, and computer navigation
  • Fluency in French and English to serve our clients in the community with English-speaking needs

Additional Job Details

This is a full-time student/co-op position with a 37.5-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and excellent communication skills.
