Director of Retail Distribution - Wholesaler

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail distribution efforts as a Director of Retail Distribution - Wholesaler. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial services industry and our investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive sales meetings with financial advisors to identify needs and opportunities for our investment solutions.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our investment solutions, competition, and financial markets.
  • Utilize sales tools, including CRM technology, to effectively manage relationships and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with independent financial advisors to grow assets under management.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, credit markets, and mutual funds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and French to effectively manage interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, including 3 years in sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
