Job Title: Dining Room Server at ALBERTA LTD O/A REFINERY GRILL

We are seeking a professional Dining Room Server to join our team at ALBERTA LTD O/A REFINERY GRILL. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Manage table settings, ensure cleanliness, and maintain a high level of presentation.

  • Take orders, relay to kitchen and bar staff, and ensure accurate food and beverage delivery.

  • Handle cash and credit transactions, as well as process payments.

  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 3 years of experience in a dining room server role.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
