Job Summary:

The Dining Room Attendant is a vital member of our team at Fantasyland Hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and professional service to our guests by assisting servers and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Wipe down tables, set and reset tables, and ensure dirty dishes are taken to the dish area for proper sorting.
  • Keep the restaurant clean and tidy, including the buffet area, and assist servers with table service as needed.
  • Have knowledge of menus and specials and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Assist in other Food & Beverage outlets as assigned and support the servers with table service as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Outgoing, courteous, and friendly demeanor is required to provide exceptional guest service.

Terms of Employment:

  • This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
