Industrial Mechanic Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our team at Kaayu Technologies. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our wood processing plant, performing general mechanics and equipment maintenance, and ensuring preventive inspections of equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, electronic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Preventive Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electronic, and hydraulic systems, as well as welding and metalworking.
