Responsibilities:- Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and coach the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Support store management in daily operational tasks, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store presentation is consistently maintained to a high standard.
- Uphold workplace safety standards and act as a model for company policies and procedures.
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
- Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience working with POS systems.
