Job Description

This Full-Time Sales Lead position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will assist in daily operations, coach sales associates, and embody the Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, and Humility and Integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver outstanding customer service, coach the team to meet and exceed sales targets, and ensure comprehensive product knowledge across the team.
  • Operations: Support store management in daily operational tasks, maintain adherence to inventory control processes, and minimize loss and ensure accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
  • Visual Merchandising: Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company directives and ensure the store presentation is consistently maintained to a high standard.
  • Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards and act as a model for company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all operational guidelines and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
  • Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience working with POS systems.
