Outbound Sales Performance Leader

We're seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion and strengthen our presence in the market. As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, promoting our innovative home office solutions, and driving sales growth.
Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building initiatives. You will leverage industry-leading sales technology and best practices to research and establish connections with potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
You will work closely with our team to develop and execute sales strategies, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. By doing so, you will contribute to the success of our organization and enjoy a fulfilling career with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with potential clients to promote our innovative home office solutions
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building initiatives
- Leverage industry-leading sales technology and best practices to research and establish connections with potential clients
- Work closely with our team to develop and execute sales strategies
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, sales, and Zoho CRM
- Fully fluent in English and strong communication skills
- Experience working remotely and autonomously (~1 year)
- Ability to persuade effectively and paint vivid before-and-after scenarios for prospects
