CIMA Canada Inc is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Industrial Mechanical team. As a Mechanical Projects Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple mandates and large-scale projects. Your expertise in automation and industrial engineering will be invaluable in driving business objectives and growing our expertise in the sector. With a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record in project management, you will be responsible for mobilizing teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of engineers and technicians in executing multiple projects
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less-experienced resources
* Act as a technical reference in the industrial and automation sector
* Collaborate with clients to track project progress and ensure their needs are met
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on clients' premises
* Review and accuracy of drawings and specifications, testing plans and engineering designs
* Liaise with internal disciplines for timely delivery and production
* Resolve project-related issues with clients
* Perform contractual follow-ups and monitor financial progress

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
* Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
* Significant experience in a heavy industrial environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in financial concepts and budget monitoring
* Proven project management skills
