Technical Program Manager for Amazon Sortation Technologies

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Sortation Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our products and services, while building and executing road maps for the programs you own.
About the Role- Collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, and develop specifications to meet their needs.
- Drive project schedules from design to release, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Manage production launches, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts, making appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market.
- A strong program management background, with demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects.
- Excellent technical skills, with the ability to interact with developers on a daily basis.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Able to define KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and report to senior leadership.

Compensation PackageThe estimated salary for this role is between $$170,000 - $220,000, depending on location and experience. This compensation package also includes bonuses, stock options, and other benefits. Note that salaries may vary based on various factors such as performance, industry standards, and company policies.
