The Amazon Flex business is a rapidly growing division of Amazon, focused on delivering fast and reliable services to customers across various countries. As a member of the Capacity Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our logistics operations.

About the Role

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building innovative technologies to manage capacity and improve delivery speeds. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including Operations, Fulfillment, and Product, to develop solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an experienced software engineer who can bring their expertise in back-end development to this challenging role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Java, SNS/SQS/Lambda/DynamoDB/S3/AppConfig, and a passion for test automation. A go-getter attitude, willingness to own problems, and drive successful implementation are essential qualities for this position.
