About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Meat Cutter to join our team at Reddy's Your Independent Grocer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting.
  • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
  • Cut, trim, and package standard cuts of meat.
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for sale.
  • Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale.
  • Price meat products accurately and efficiently.
  • Grind meats as required.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads.
