About the Role:

**Job Title:** Salesforce Architect

**Location:** Remote (with occasional travel)

**Client:** Bank of Nova Scotia

**Job Type:** Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect with 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of implementing Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Financial Service Cloud, as well as experience with integration, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and design documentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement FSC solutions for financial services clients
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architectural diagrams and design documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and FSC developments and best practices

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and architecture
  • Minimum 1 implementation experience using Financial Services Cloud
  • Expert-level resource in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Financial Service Cloud
  • Certified in FSC
  • Strong experience with integration, LWC, Apex, and design documentation
  • Good understanding of enterprise architectural diagrams and design documentation
  • Experience with FSC Apps (Wealth management, Insurance, Retail banking)
  • Omni Studio, Omni Script, Flex Cards, Omni Actions for Wealth management
  • Experienced in BFSI and has implemented FSC with wealth management
  • Exposure to DevOps
