Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Coronation cleaning services ltd. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Payment and Invoicing: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all invoices are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Available to start immediately.

Please note that this is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week.
