beBee Professionals is looking for a skilled Trade Show Planner to join our team in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing trade shows and events, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute trade shows and events, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract attendees and promote the company's brand.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in event planning, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning and execution.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
