At Forvis Mazars in Canada, we're looking for a Marketing and Event Specialist to join our team. This role is a key part of our overall marketing strategy, focusing on event management, planning, and execution. As a Marketing and Event Specialist, you'll be responsible for coordinating initiatives aimed at strengthening brand visibility and creating captivating experiences for our clients and partners.

Your main responsibilities will include managing event logistics, collaborating with external suppliers, and aligning with internal teams to ensure a consistent and professional experience. Some of your key tasks will be:

  • Organizing and managing various events, such as corporate events, exhibitions, customer initiatives, and other internal projects.
  • Participating in the creation and management of engaging content for various communication channels, including the website, social networks, brochures, newsletters, and videos.
  • Coordinating and maximizing partnerships with businesses, universities, and other organizations.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the results of advertising campaigns and events, making recommendations to improve performance based on KPIs.
  • Coordinating requests for donations and sponsorships, including sending visuals, managing promotional material, and event booth logistics.
  • Supervising event logistics, including invitations, participant lists, post-event follow-up, and coordination of external service providers.
  • Supporting digital initiatives, such as newsletter design and content integration on digital platforms.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of internal processes, proposing innovative solutions to optimize the efficiency of event and marketing operations.
  • Contributing to the employer branding strategy in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Managing budgets for events and marketing campaigns, optimizing costs while ensuring objectives are met.
