Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Case Managers to ensure timely and effective delivery of disability services to clients.
- Develop and monitor metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop business strategies and drive growth initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings to discuss process improvements and disability trends.
- Work with reporting analysts to provide regular dashboard and trend reporting for clients.
- Support Group Benefit Consultants to ensure Disability Management and Wellness offerings are clearly articulated to clients.
- Bilingual English and French proficiency, verbal and written.
- A minimum of 5 years of disability management experience.
- Prior experience leading and managing a team.
- University degree or post-secondary education in a health-related field an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of employment standards, WSIB/WCB/CSST, human rights, collective bargaining and labour relations with respect to disability and leave of absence management.
- Proficiency using various programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of group insurance contracts and principles.
- Background or experience in employer wellness or human resource practices an asset.
- Disability Management Professional designation an asset.
- Experience integrating different disability systems and business processes.
