Job Title: Wellness Kinesiologist

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work within a medical office as part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering wellness services in conjunction with occupational therapists, physiotherapy, medicine, and orthopedics. This role is essential to promoting health and fitness in the industrial work environment by assisting with acute injury management, ergonomics, exercise prescription, and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinical and functional assessments related to musculoskeletal injuries and chronic health conditions.
  • Develop and implement exercise programs to promote health and fitness in the industrial work environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive wellness services.

Requirements:
  • Registered or pending registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology (BKin).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with proven time management skills.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
