Retail Store Manager

At Dynamite Vape and Smoke, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective use of staff resources
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet the needs of the store
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate financial management
- Establish work schedules to meet the needs of the store and its customers
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock management
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve store goals
